Charles J. Avalli is a shareholder of the law firm of Goldberg, Gruener, Gentile, Horoho & Avalli, P.C. For 18 years, he has practiced extensively in the areas of tax planning and estate planning, administration and litigation. He has represented corporate fiduciaries as well as individuals, and has frequently handled Orphans' Court litigation. Prior to joining his current law firm, he was a shareholder of a major Pittsburgh law firm where he was in charge of all estate planning and administration matters.

He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Probate and Trust law Section and the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh. He is also licensed to practice in front of the U.S. Tax Court.
